Where possible for all Mesa Boogie repairs we use original parts, our stock of parts ensures we can repair efficiently and to manufacturer specification. Being a UK warranty centre we can carry out repairs to new Mesa products which have failed.

You should contact the shop or store you purchased your Mesa product from and tell them that Sickamps is the closest repairer and they are authorised to carry out warranty work.
Ask the shop to get in contact with us either via this website or telephone and they will arrange with us and Mesa the authorisation to have to work carried out for you.
We can then deal direct with you to have your Mesa dropped to us, and we will handle all the paperwork.
