Our workshop is based on a commercial complex in Harlow Essex.  We’re pretty easy to find but Harlow does have lots of roundabouts!

For workshop visits you must book an appointment, this is to ensure the workshop is open and tracking deliveries.  We offer late evening appointments to make up for not being open at the weekend.

The Best Way to Contact Us for Repair

Web Repair

The most efficient to way to get your repair under way is to raise a support ticket.  General servicing, and repairs for 95% of guitar amplifiers can be handled this way.  Take a look at our website for what we repair and don’t repair.

Contact Form

The Contact form automatically create a web ticket enquiry. Will assign you a username and email you your login details.  We get lots of enquiries which end up converting to repairs, so rather than opening another repair ticket, it’s already open!

Posting Equipment to us?

Please let us know first by opening a ticket.

We are in the process of compiling a guide on how to correctly pack items, in particular valves to survive transport.

You are responsible for arranging for your own collection.  Due to previous issues we no longer book courriers for equipment.

Repairs currently are running on time for parts we keep in stock.

Some of our distributors are closed adding to a slight delay.

Tracing & Control

To allow tracing of all people we come into contact with it is paramount to use the booking system. This is found under "ARRANGE REPAIR"

Minimising Contact

We have distancing measures at the workshop and is clearly explained when you arrive.

Payment

All payments after repair are to be made ideally online using our Worldpay link system, or Cash but please bring the right amount as we have limited change
