All Equipment brought to us will be visually checked before we carry out repairs. An electrical test and certificate of electrical safety will only be issued if requested from the customer. We are unable to verify the suitability or use of equipment outside of our workshop premises.

We accept no responsibility failure or damage caused to either the equipment or 3rd party connection as a result of electrical failure, nor can we accept personal damages for burns, electrocution or such like related to working with electrical equipment.

Unless the equipment holds a valid portable appliance of in service certification issued after the repair at the request of the customer we will be waived of all liability.

Repairs currently are running on time for parts we keep in stock.

Some of our distributors are closed adding to a slight delay.

Tracing & Control

To allow tracing of all people we come into contact with it is paramount to use the booking system. This is found under "ARRANGE REPAIR"

Minimising Contact

We have distancing measures at the workshop and is clearly explained when you arrive.

Payment

All payments after repair are to be made ideally online using our Worldpay link system, or Cash but please bring the right amount as we have limited change
