1. Fill out the form completely, including your equipment’s make, model number, and a detailed description of the issue you’re experiencing. It’s more helpful to share the symptoms than to suggest a solution based on forums. Each repair can be different, and other people’s views can sometimes taint the issue.

2. Take a moment to check the links >>> for typical repair costs and an overview of our repair process, which can help speed up the process.

3. We only repair stage electronics. We do not handle repairs for hifi or home audio equipment like Bose, Sonos, or Sony. If you need help with hifi repairs, check the community section in the menu for recommendations.

4. You’ll get an automatic acknowledgment within 10 minutes of submitting your request.
