How to Submit Your Repair Request:

1. Fill out the form completely, including your equipment’s make, model number, and a detailed description of the issue you’re experiencing. It’s more helpful to share the symptoms than to suggest a solution based on forums. Each repair can be different, and other people’s views can sometimes taint the issue.




2. Take a moment to check the “Useful Info” which hopes to answer frequently asked questions. 



3. We only repair stage electronics. We do not handle repairs for hifi or home audio equipment like Bose, Sonos, or Sony. If you need help with hifi repairs, check the community section in the menu for recommendations.



4. You will get an automatic acknowledgment within 10 minutes of submitting your request.
