We are in the process of compiling a guide on how to correctly pack items, in particular valves to survive transport.
You are responsible for arranging for your own couriers for collection & drop off, we can print labels and pack the equipment into the original box it shipped in, but that is where our liability stops.

After a successful year of reducing E-waste and keeping the music industry alive through repairs, we will shortly be shutting up and enjoying some family down time. We want to thank you all for your business and support over the last year it has been one of our best on record!
Our ticketing system is still functional and we will try to accommodate true emergencies over the period where we can. While we are shut no work or repairs will occur. Web orders will be held until we return.
