1. Create a Repair Ticket First 

Before booking an appointment, make sure you’ve created a repair ticket and received communication from us. If we haven’t discussed your repair yet, your visit might be a waste of time.
2. Check Dates & Time 
We have different time slots each day and week, so it’s best to check a few dates to find the most suitable time for you.
3. 30-Minute Time Slots 
Each slot is 30 minutes from the time you select.
If you choose 1:00 PM, we expect you to arrive by 1:00 PM, and your appointment will be guaranteed until 1:30 PM.

Evening Appointments?
Late appointments are typically available on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, depending on availability.
For other days, please check multiple options.
Why Do We Have This System?
Since we perform repairs both locally and nationally, sometimes we’re away from the workshop or very busy repairing. This system helps us stay efficient and avoid back-and-forth scheduling like:
“Are you free at this time?”
“No, but I can do this time instead…”
Location
We’re in Harlow Essex, CM19 5QE right on the border with Hertfordshire. You can google or apple map search “sickamps” to be directed straight to us.
After booking an appointment our full address and details of how to find us on the commercial workshop site will be emailed over to you. It will also include your booking time and date.

1 hour – St Albans, Watford, Stratford, Barking, Upminster, Chelmsford, Braintree, Cambridge
