Most manufacturers offer support for spares and parts up to around 10 years old. There are exceptions to some of the ‘flagship’ models however it’s a general rule of thumb that because of the many hundreds of unique plastic parts in a piano it would be uneconomical for a manufacture to hold every part forever, often with parts not interchangeable with other models!

We are an authorised service agent for Yamaha electric pianos, with full access to spare parts and are able to log into their e-train system to see stock as well as access to all service manuals, schematics and service updates.
